Wrought iron gates and fences.
All our wrought iron products are hot-dip galvanised, powder coated and hand-made finished.
Hot-dip galvanization is the process of coating iron and steel with a layer of zinc by immersing the metal in bath of molten zinc at a temperature of around 450 C. It provides a valuable, long-term and solid corrosion protection. The durability of the zinc surface, depending on aggressiveness of environment, reaches from 20 to 60 years. Hot-dip galvanising is relatively maintenance-free. Please note, that cold galvanization is not equivalent to hot-dip galvanising because it does not deliver the consistent coating thickness over all surfaces and therefore there is not guarantee of full protection against corrosion.
Powder coating is a method of putting coating in the form of powder onto metal with the use of electrostatic spraying. It is the most effective method of covering without crazing, bubbles or ripples. It provides additional corrosion protection.
In production of our gates we use parts imported directly from Italy. We ensure the highest quality in this way. We cooperate with ind.i.a. and Rik-fer.
